  1. Intellectual Property Rights: All artworks, imagery, and intellectual properties showcased on this platform remain the exclusive copyright of their respective artists. The purchase of an original artwork transfers “physical ownership of the tangible piece” only to the buyer for private display purposes. The buyer acquires no rights for digital reproduction, commercial printing, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior, explicit written consent from the artist and the management of Mart Gallery.
  2. Certificate of Authenticity (CoA): Mart Gallery guarantees that all pieces cataloged under original paintings and sculptures are authentic creations of the credited artists. Every acquisition in this tier will be accompanied by an official, signed Certificate of Authenticity verifying its provenance and lineage.
  3. Display & Visual Accuracy: While we utilize high-fidelity digital capturing to display the true colors, textures, and details of the artworks, the buyer acknowledges that marginal color variances may occur due to screen calibration, device display technology, and ambient lighting conditions.
  4. Art Concierge Services & Advisory Liability: All digital and remote design recommendations, color pairing advice, and spatial curation layouts provided via our Art Concierge service are complimentary, subjective aesthetic guidance based on the data and media provided by the client. The gallery accepts no liability for spatial discrepancies or real-world lighting variations within the buyer’s physical property.
  5. On-Site Consultations & Premium Briefs: Remote consultations remain entirely complimentary. However, should the client request on-site physical evaluations, spatial mapping, or complex architectural art integration plans, such requests fall outside the complimentary tier. Each case will be assessed independently, and custom corporate fees will apply based on the geographical scope, duration, and technical nature of the assignment, subject to a prior independent contract.
  6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the commercial laws and regulations of The Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with the use of this platform or transactions processed herein.
