Return & Exchange Policy
Preamble & Custom Terms
The rules and clauses stipulated herein constitute the general framework for all transactions conducted via Mart Gallery, unless explicitly countermanded or supplemented by specific terms outlined under the “Policies” tab on any individual artwork’s page.
Given the fragile, unique, and irreplaceable nature of original fine art, individual artwork-specific policies shall strictly supersede this general policy in the event of any conflict.

1. Original Fine Art & Sculptures:
- Finality of Sale: Due to the inherently delicate nature and absolute uniqueness of the original paintings and sculptures showcased on Mart Gallery, all sales within this premium tier are strictly final and non-returnable. Returns, exchanges, or refunds based on “change of mind” are strictly prohibited to preserve the structural and financial integrity of the artwork and protect the rights of our artists.
- Damages Sustained in Transit: In the exceptional event that an artwork arrives damaged due to transport, the buyer is required to document the unboxing process via a continuous, unedited video (Unboxing Video) highlighting the damage upon opening. This must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. The gallery will review the claim to coordinate with our shipping and insurance underwriters for a structural restoration, exchange, or financial reimbursement where applicable.

2. Curated Decor Accessories:
- Returns or exchanges for standard curated decor accessories are permitted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains in its absolute pristine, unused condition, housed within its original, unaltered packaging.
- The buyer shall bear all return logistics costs, including premium shipping and comprehensive transit insurance, to guarantee the item arrives undamaged at our fulfillment center.

3. Bespoke Commissioned Orders (Art Concierge):
- Any bespoke artwork, commissioned paintings, or structural adjustments executed under the guidance of our Art Concierge service—tailored to specifications, dimensions, or aesthetics requested by the client—are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
